At CoWeaving, we believe that the sacrifices people make to lead, must be reclaimed in some way. We empower our clients to overcome outdated survival strategies through confidential collaborative counsel. With a shift in perspective, every person is able to access increased wisdom, power and ease. When people feel secure and connected they more easily collaborate, innovate, and dedicate themselves to missions that matter.
We also know that there are people with innate gifts for making the invisible visible, and addressing the underlying fractures that lead to human breakdowns in connection and innovation. These people, with the proper education and formation, become Weavers of culture and connection. Weavers are the healers/shamans/chaplains/ombudsman of our complex globalized world.
We support leaders in their own healing, we support teams in healing maladaptive dynamics, and we develop Weavers to continue this important work.
