A mystic is anyone who has the gnawing suspicion that the apparent discord, brokenness, contradictions, and discontinuities that assault us every day might conceal a hidden unity.

At the CoWeaving Institute, our mission is to provide compassionate but also fierce education, formation, and clinical supervision to counselors and chaplains with innate abilities to weave connection, culture, and individual healing for the greater good.

We  know that there are people with innate gifts for making the invisible visible, and addressing the underlying fractures that lead to human breakdowns in connection and innovation. These people, with the proper education and formation, become Weavers of culture and connection. Weavers are the healers/shamans/chaplains/ombudsman of our complex globalized world.

We support leaders in their own healing, we support teams in healing maladaptive dynamics, and we develop Weavers to continue this important work.
