CoWeaving Institute

Welcome to the CoWeaving Institute

This is the threshold of your formation and our collaboration—a space where your gifts are seen, your labor is honored, and you no longer have to weave alone.

We are glad that you are here.

Let’s begin...

The Process of Belonging

Every web begins with a single thread.

The dragline is a strand of silk—light, flexible, impossibly strong.
The Orb Weaver releases it into the wind, trusting it will land where it’s needed.
Once it finds an anchor, the real weaving begins.

You’ve cast your dragline—and it’s landed here.
At the CoWeaving Institute.

Now it’s time to anchor in. To find your center. To begin your weaving.

Why Now?

What Happens When a Weaver Goes Without Support?

  • Burnout becomes a way of life.
When you’re constantly holding emotional, energetic, and relational labor in secret, exhaustion becomes your baseline.
  • You begin to doubt your Sight.
Without reflection or formation, you may wonder if your insights are “too much” or “not enough.” You may shrink.
  • You feel unseen and unsupported.
Your contributions go unmeasured. Your labor is miscategorized. The workplace calls it “niceness.” The family calls it “emotional labor.” The world calls it nothing at all.
  • You are vulnerable to despair.
Not the clinical kind—but the soul kind. The kind that whispers, “Maybe I’m not meant to belong anywhere.”
  • You risk losing the thread of meaning.
When systems reward performance over presence, and urgency over unity, your sacred calling can fade into resignation.

The Cost

Weavers who remain unseen often live in a state of slow heartbreak.
Not because they lack skill or desire—but because their gifts go unnamed, unsupported, or misunderstood.
They lead from behind without recognition.
They hold communities together without acknowledgment.
They create healing without being compensated or credited.
