As the Director of the CoWeaving Institute, I guide leaders, organizations, and communities in cultivating the unseen forces that shape culture, collaboration, and resilience.
My expertise lies in helping individuals and teams identify outdated strategies, heal relationship wounds, and move beyond the limitations of historical thinking into a future led by vision, connection, and integrity.
I believe that when people are deeply seen, understood, and supported, they create great beauty..
I have spent my career walking alongside leaders and organizations—helping them develop integrative leadership resilience, personal strategy, and the capacity to thrive amidst complexity.
Through my work in Executive Therapy and Humanist Chaplaincy, I create spaces where grief is honored, transformation is possible, and human fulfillment is not just an aspiration, but a lived experience.
Whether in boardrooms, community gatherings, or the intimate spaces of personal formation, my purpose remains the same: to make the invisible visible, to weave trust where there is division, and to call forth the deepest potential in those who are ready to lead, heal, and build something greater than themselves.

Dr. Colleen Loueda Struhar LaTendresse is the
founder and director of the CoWeaving Institute, a
sanctuary for those who sense the world beneath the world. A humanist mystic, organizational consultant, and international psychologist, Cole
spent her life weaving across disciplines—education, clinical practice, social justice, corporate leadership, and spiritual care.
Raised in a secular home and shaped by global study, spiritual apprenticeship, and a devotion to healing, she brings a unique ability to articulate what has long been felt but not named. Her work restores legitimacy to the invisible labor of Weavers—those who feel the field, restore relational coherence, and serve the world through sacred systems tending.
As a writer, speaker, and guide, Cole offers clarity, depth, and protection to those called to serve as cultural connectors.
She lives at the edge of the mystery and the center of the web, with her wife, Tina, and their circle of beloveds.
Experience
Dr. Colleen Struhar LaTendresse is a licensed therapist and a humanist chaplain, with a PhD in International Psychology (concentrations in organizational systems and global leadership development). Guided by a passion to better understand the human condition, Cole spent time on five continents working in a variety of roles, including: Culture Development Consultant, Organizational Ombudsman, Researcher, Leadership Coach, Therapist, Organizational Spiritual Advisor, Student, Seeker, and Lover of Humanity.
