As the Director of the CoWeaving Institute, I guide leaders, organizations, and communities in cultivating the unseen forces that shape culture, collaboration, and resilience. 

My expertise lies in helping individuals and teams identify outdated strategies, heal relationship wounds, and move beyond the limitations of historical thinking into a future led by vision, connection, and integrity.

I believe that when people are deeply seen, understood, and supported, they create great beauty.. 

I have spent my career walking alongside leaders and organizations—helping them develop integrative leadership resilience, personal strategy, and the capacity to thrive amidst complexity. 

Through my work in Executive Therapy and Humanist Chaplaincy, I create spaces where grief is honored, transformation is possible, and human fulfillment is not just an aspiration, but a lived experience.

Whether in boardrooms, spiritual gatherings, or the intimate spaces of personal formation, my purpose remains the same: to make the invisible visible, to weave trust where there is division, and to call forth the deepest potential in those who are ready to lead, heal, and build something greater than themselves.
